Chris Harper
Chris formed Petworth Enterprises Ltd following a full time career in telecommunications. He is known for taking companies from their comfort zone into new emerging markets. Examples are taking NEC into Russia following the Cold War and also into South Africa. Chris grew the Sprint International business from zero to $1.3 billion. As Vice President of International, Chris brought Bell Canada to Europe. Chris subsequently commuted to Bulgaria and took up the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Neterra, helping them grow their international portfolio of business. Today he is a Strategic Board Advisor to SmartCIC, sits on the board of Staff Travel Voyage, a global travel organisation, as well as managing Petworth’s various investments including Music Gateway, Sleep Cogni, STV and is the co-founder of Petworth Recruitment.
David Carney
With over 30 years of international experience in business development, recruitment, and training services, David is a seasoned professional in manpower and consulting.
Having worked in both agency and in-house recruitment environments, specialising in contract, temporary, and permanent placements, including retained search and contingent roles. David’s hands-on experience in sales and recruitment has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to lead teams and drive business growth.
Jess Guy
Jess is the glue that keeps the Petworth Enterprises team together. With 17 years of experience and a history of significant high profile Personal Assistant roles, she is at the forefront of ensuring the back office runs smoothly and all Petworth divisions deliver high quality customer satisfaction.
Kathy Wiffen
Kathy is the newest member of the team to join Petworth Recruitment. She is a capable communicator who thrives on building relationships and maximising people’s potential. Many years of working within multi disciplines areas, understanding the client’s business requirements and then partnering with them to achieve their recruitment objectives.
Andy Collins
Andy is an awesome all-rounder with over 25 years sales experience and joins Petworth Recruitment as our new Client Services Consultant. Andy has previously spent time in inhouse medical recruitment successfully supplying ICU nurses at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Trust as well as nurses and healthcare professionals into the care home community for Alliance Healthcare. He previously worked for Maersk Medical in export sales and Apex Medical for 13 years covering all aspects of sales and business development. Andy has joined us to hone his recruitment expertise in the ICT technology field. Having a passion for good organisation and cultural understanding, along with excellent communication skills, makes him a great fit to the Petworth Recruitment team. He is a keen golfer, sometime mountaineer and all round sports enthusiast. His wife wishes he wasn’t!
